You can use Step 1 by itself to filter on multiple tags. Simply use the Ctrl key to pick one or more tag from the list. You can apply the filter by clicking the Run Query button at the bottom. No need to utilize Steps 2-6.
Include other Multiple Fields in a Search
Use Steps 2-6 to select tickets based on information in a table using multiple different fields in the table. First (Step 2) select a field in the table that you want to query and click the “Add to Query” button (spelling). Next (Step 3), select an operator by clicking once on the operator you want. Finally (Step 4), pick the value you want to select from the table. If you want to add a second set of constraints to the query then you can click the “AND” or “OR” operator and then repeat steps 2-4. When the query string in Step 5 looks the way you want it to (something like STATUS = ‘PUBLISHED’ OR STATUS = ‘ONHOLD’), click the “Run this Query” button. Any/all features that match the query will be will appear in the resultant table.**
